3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

  • We do not guarantee that every issue can be fixed

  • Some issues may require hardware replacement, ISP intervention, or manufacturer support

  • Results may vary depending on device condition, software limitations, and external factors

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your issue

  • Follow instructions provided by our technicians

  • Maintain access to your devices and internet connection during support sessions

  • Ensure you have permission to access and modify any device or network involved

5. SERVICE ACCESS & CONSENT

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be required to provide necessary access, information, or permissions to allow us to perform the requested service

  • All access is performed with your explicit consent

  • You may withdraw consent and discontinue service at any time

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues with your device or system

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated

  • Subscription plans are billed based on the selected term (monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months)

  • No refunds are guaranteed once a service session has begun

  • Refunds, if issued, are at our sole discretion

 

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

For monthly plans:

  • You agree to recurring billing

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle, from within your Account Portal by selecting your plan then select Cancel

  • Contract plans (3, 6, 12 months) are non-refundable once started

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Customer Portal Management Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Device damage

  • Loss of income or business interruption

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of our services is at your own risk.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may assist with or interact with third-party services (e.g., ISPs, apps, devices).
We are not responsible for:

  • Service outages

  • Third-party errors

  • Changes made by external providers

10. PRIVACY & DATA
